I totally disagree with the idea that stress is just a normal part of everyday life and there’s nothing you can do about it. Yes, there's going to be challenges and set backs, but what I’ve found for myself, and proven with others, is that no matter how difficult the situation, there's always a way to develop yourself to be more resilient and stay calm, clear and in control.
